ICICI Bank today announced the launch of 25 electronic branches and other technology based initiatives.
The 24*7 electronics branches offer cheque deposit machine, interactive kiosks, cash deposit machine with instant credit facility and 24-hour video conferencing with ICICI Bank customer care personnel.
Currently, 25 such branches have been rolled out across 18 locations including metros and tier II cities.
Other initiatives include Tab banking that allows opening an account on a tablet at the customers’ place, e-locker that helps customers save scanned copies of their important documents, help-on-the-tab and bank on-the-move.
