IFCI Ltd will open a branch each at Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh and Raipur in Chhattisgarh, its Managing Director and CEO, Malay Mukherjee has said.
These two new branches will come in addition to the 16-branch network that this Non Banking Finance Company currently had across the country, Mukherjee told Business Line.
IFCI already has a presence in Andhra Pradesh-- at Hyderabad.
Mukherjee also said IFCI will continue to strive for a development financial institution status from the Government.
