India Infoline Housing Finance Ltd (IIFL) has cut its home loan rates to 9.55 per cent from 9.65 per cent with immediate effect.
IIFL has reduced the processing fee to flat Rs 5,000. It has also launched a mobile app for existing customers so that they can have entire information about their loans on the go.
