Ananthakrishna has been re-appointed non-executive Chairman of Karnataka Bank. The bank informed stock exchanges that pursuant to the approval received from the Reserve Bank of India under Section 10B(1A) of the Banking Regulation Act 1949, Ananthakrishna has been re-appointed part-time chairman of the board of directors of the bank up to October 26, 2016.
