L&T Finance appoints director

The Board of Directors of L&T Finance Holdings Ltd (LTFHL) has appointed Dinanath Dubhashi as a Whole-time Director with effect from April 14. He will be designated as Deputy Managing Director. Dubhashi has been with L&T Finance Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of LTFHL, since April 2007. Prior to taking over as Managing Director & Chief Executive of L&T Finance, he occupied various senior level positions in the organisation and has been responsible for leading L&T Finance's foray into Retail Finance, including microfinance.
