HDFC Bank has appointed Vinay Razdan as the head of Human Resources. Vinay will be responsible for the entire human resource function of the bank.
He has replaced Philip Mathew, the erstwhile Chief People Officer of HDFC Bank. Vinay joins the bank from Idea Cellular, where he was the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

“His credentials and proven leadership abilities leave us with no doubt that he will be an excellent addition to the bank’s leadership team.”
