PNB Housing Finance has opened its fifth outlet in Tamil Nadu under its expansion drive and has plans to open 23 more in the current financial year.
PNB Housing Finance currently has 66 branches across 39 towns.
In 2016-17, the company sanctioned ₹23,704 crore as loans while total retail disbursements stood at ₹15,766 crore, a company statement said here.
In the current fiscal, the company plans to open 23 branches across India with a majority to be located in the western and southern regions.
The new outlet was inaugurated in Salem district, Tamil Nadu.
With the opening of the new branch, PNB Housing FInance will have five branches in the State and 19 in the South, the statement added.
