Punjab & Sind Bank on Wednesday reported a lower net loss of Rs 30 crore for the quarter ended June 30.
The bank had reported a net loss of Rs 398 crore in the same quarter last fiscal.
The lower loss could largely be attributed to the sharp reduction in provision for loan losses to Rs 208 crore for the quarter under review, from Rs 787 crore in the same quarter last fiscal, a release said
