Repco Home Finance has reported a 31 per cent growth in net profit at ₹56 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2018, compared to ₹42 crore in the year-ago period. Its net interest income grew 8 per cent to ₹115 crore. Total income from operations stood at ₹304 crore against ₹275 crore in the year-ago quarter. The financier sanctioned loans worth ₹805 crore during the December 2018 quarter compared to ₹772.5 crore, a growth of 11 per cent. Disbursements increased by 12 per cent at ₹733 crore (₹657 crore). Net interest margins and interest spread stood at 4.4 per cent and 3 per cent, respectively.
