Repco Home Finance has reported a net profit of ₹67 crore for the second quarter ended September 30 against ₹70 crore in the year-ago period. Total income grew to ₹296 crore from ₹286 crore. For the half year ended September 30, net profit stood at ₹127 crore (₹126 crore). Net interest income grew by two per cent to ₹226 crore with interest margin of 4.5 per cent.
While loan sanctions stood at ₹1,592 crore, loan disbursements grew by 14 per cent to touch ₹1,481 crore. Loans to self-employed segment accounted 56 per cent of the outstanding loan book of ₹10,382 crore as of September, according to a statement.
