Fintech platform Rubique has appointed former YES Bank Senior President and Chief Financial Inclusion Officer Ajay Desai as its Chief Operating Officer.
In a professional career spanning more than 20 years across banking and rural development sectors, Desai was responsible for driving several initiatives to boost financial inclusion in both urban and rural banking in the country.
As COO, Desai will help enhance the company’s reach into unexplored segments, mainly the middle SME, and untapped geographies, the firm said.
