State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur (SBBJ) has reported 18 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 280 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2015 against Rs 238 crore in the year-ago period.
For FY2015, the associate bank of SBI has reported six per cent in net profit at Rs 777 crore (Rs 732 crore in FY2014).
During the quarter, the bank reported a lower net interest income of Rs 701 crore (Rs 740 crore in the year-ago period). However, other income was up at Rs 392 crore (Rs 336 crore).
