SKS Microfinance Ltd has completed a securitisation transaction worth Rs 344.35 crore taking the total sum of securitisations completed in the financial year 2014-15 to Rs 1,558.66 crore.
The entire pool qualifies for priority sector treatment as per the Reserve Bank of India priority sector landing norms.
The company has also issued commercial papers for Rs 50 crore which have been rated `A1+’ by a rating agency. With this, the aggregate commercial paper outstanding has touched Rs 95 crore, the company said in a filing to BSE.
SKS Microfinance’s scrip was trading higher by 1.5 per cent at Rs 448.55 on the BSE.
