SKS Microfinance Ltd has issued and allotted non-convertible debentures (NCDs) aggregating to Rs 200 crore on private placement basis.
According to intimation to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), these NCDs were secured, non-cumulative, redeemable, taxable, listed and rated with a face value of Rs 10 lakh. They will be listed on wholesale debt market segment of BSE, the company said.
SKS Microfinance’s scrip gained 2.28 per cent to end at Rs 467.20 on the BSE on Wednesday.
