Sundaram Finance Ltd has hiked interest rates by 0.50 per cent for one-year deposits with effect from April 9, 2012.
Depositors will now get 9.75 per cent for a 12/18 month deposit and 9.50 per cent for a 24/36 months deposit. Senior citizens will get another 0.50 per cent extra on these deposits.
The non-banking finance company's products include truck, car and home loans.
