Investment banking firm Singhi Advisors has appointed Sunil Pahilajani as a partner to lead Delhi and North India office.
Since 2002, Pahilajani had stints as MD and CEO since 2002 with global companies like Greaves Cotton Ltd (MD & CEO), Continental Engines (Group CEO), Mahindra Navistar (MD & CEO), Caparo India (MD & CEO) and SE Forge (CEO). He started his career with Japanese majors Maruti Suzuki and Hongo India (H-One).
“He brings to the table considerable multi-disciplinary leadership experience from multi-cultured organisations with hands-on knowledge of building, growing and managing engineering, manufacturing and technology businesses while having functional knowledge of business strategy, turnaround management, mergers and acquisitions among others,” said Mahesh Singhi, Founder and Managing Director at Singhi Advisors.
He brings on board more than 30 years of leadership experience. He has worked with many Indian business houses and MNCs. Pahilajani has also worked with companies in segments such as automotive, aerospace, Defence, power and infrastructure, agriculture equipment and engineering businesses, the company said in a statement.
