Syndicate Bank has opened five hi-tech branches here as part of its Project Ananya, a flagship programme to modernise bank branches.
The five branches were opened at Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Madhapur, Malakpet and Afzulgunj. According to KT Rao, General Manager (Marketing), Syndicate Bank, a completely operational account will be available in less than one day with no additional visits to the branch.
“The bank under Project Ananya was entering the new era of banking with superior customer service, sales focus and digital banking services,” he said in a release.
The bank proposes to transform 10 per cent of its branches to the new format in the next six to 12 months.
