Syndicate Bank’s instant a/c opening

Syndicate Bank has launched an ‘Instant account opening’ facility in Bengaluru. The launch saw five customers open instant accounts. “The main objective of the redesigned process is to enhance customer experience by reducing the number of visits as well as the time taken for the account opening process,” said Arun Shrivastava, MD and CEO. Customers opting for an instant account will be provided with a welcome kit comprising debit card, cheque book, and information on Internet/mobile banking activation.
