Tata Group firm Infiniti Retail that runs consumer durables and electronics chain of stores under ‘Croma’ brand today said it has collaborated with Tata Capital to launch Tata Croma credit card.
The cards, which will be operated and serviced by SBI Cards, are targeted at the growing affluent mass segments which make up a large part of the customer base of Croma, the company said in a statement.
“The Tata Croma Card will help empower our consumers looking to purchase their next electronic merchandise. The Tata Croma Card and the unique benefits it will offer to our consumers will make it the obvious choice for new age consumer’s looking to fund their next technology upgrade at Croma,” said Mr Ajit Joshi, Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director, Infiniti Retail.
The cards, which will be available in platinum and titanium variants, will soon be made available at all the stores across the country, he said.
The card will offer 2 percent value back on all purchases at Croma and will also offer an exclusive range of privileges including lounge access, fuel surcharge waiver and a host of joining offers from leading travel and hospitality brands including Taj Hotels, the release said.
“It marks the launch of our first co—branded card. We believe the credit card market is fast—expanding with segmented needs and developing products suited for each segment is a critical customer need,” Tata Capital Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Praveen P Kadle said.
