Kolkata-headquartered UCO Bank has received a capital infusion of ₹1,150 crore from the Centre under its turnaround-linked capital infusion plan.
According to a notification to the bourses, the public sector lender said it is awaiting board approval for issue of shares to the Centre. Shares of UCO Bank closed at ₹35.90, up 1.27 per cent from the previous close on the BSE on Friday.
