Pune-based entrepreneur Jayashri Yadav who is the first person to be granted a license to make floral wine.  Yadav also holds a patent for a wine derived from roses. Wine would be made of crushed rose petals with sugar as the base. Fermented sugar will give the alcohol taste while rose will lend its flavour.
