Five Indian information technology professionals were killed in a road accident at Oklahoma City (the United States) on Friday.
“Their car bursts into flames after hitting a big rig on the ramp at the intersection of two highways I-35 and I-40 in Oklahoma City early in the early hours,” a representative of TANA (Telugu Association of North America) has said in a statement on the accident.
All the five people in the car were ejected and killed on the spot. Quoting friends, he said the dead included Jaswanth Reddy Si, Phanindra G, Anurag A, Srinivas Ravi and Venkat. The bodies, however, are not officially identified. All of them hailed from Andhra Pradesh.
“Our President Prasad Thotakura, Executive Vice-President Mohan Nannapaneni are closely working with the families and friends of the deceased,” he said.
