Congratulating the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led by Arvind Kejriwal for forming the new government in Delhi, Chandrajit Banerjee, Director-General, Confederation of Indian Industry, said that the chamber is looking forward to a strong partnership between the State Government and industry.
He listed the potential of public-private partnership in the areas of inclusion, social & physical infrastructure development, skill development and enhancing employability, social security and attracting investments, especially in healthcare, education and knowledge-based industries.
“CII is confident that the new Government would be industry-friendly and would strengthen Delhi’s pre-eminent position both economically and socially,” Banerjee said in a statement.
