With the BJP leading in 311 seats in the Lok Sabha polls, there is a sense of jubilation at the party’s headquarters in South Mumbai. Some party workers have already started distributing ladoos to the people.
Senior BJP leader and member of national executive of the party, Raj Purohit, said that the party is winning under the leadership of Narendra Modi. The country is not witnessing a ‘Modi wave but a Modi Tusnami’. The voters have clearly rejected Congress and other parties, he said.
The party headquarters, which is usually quiet during in the morning hours, was bustling with party workers and media persons. The workers are waiting for the final numbers tally after that they will start busting crackers and start grand celebrations.
