Ailing actress Suchitra Sen’s health is stable as she has partially responded to intermittent non-invasive ventilation.
Although conscious, she remains weak. According to a medical bulletin issued by the private hospital where she has been admitted, the 82-year-old’s “oxygen saturation has improved” compared to previous days. “…her oxygen saturation needs continuous monitoring.
Her heart rate and blood pressure continues to remain stable. She has had light breakfast. She remains conscious but little weak,” it said.
The iconic Sen was given non-invasive ventilation (through a mask) after her condition deteriorated on Friday.
