West Bengal will unveil an online employment bank that would aim to bridge the gap between job seekers and providers.
The employment bank will list the 70 lakh job seekers in the State and also details of providers and training institutes, Labour Department Additional Secretary, Mr Indranil Sengupta said on Friday.
The portal will also list workers in different trades such as masons, plumbers and electricians.
It would be inaugurated by the Chief Minister, Ms Mamata Banerjee on July 26, he said.
