Air India Ltd is seeking to induct young trainee cabin crew for its requirement in Southern Region on a fixed term engagement, for an initial period of five years.
This recruited cabin crew will be used for future requirements. The airliner is looking to hire 300 recruits, 225 female and 75 male candidates between 18 and 27 years.
According to a statement from air India, the minimum educational qualification is 10+2 from a recognized Board/University. Candidates with a Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from a Government recognised Institute will be given preference.
It further stated that candidates having fluency in any foreign language of destination where Air India operates will also be given preference.
Eligible candidates would be required to go through a Group Dynamics and Personality Assessment Test (GD&PAT) at the venues as decided by Air India Ltd.
The test will be conducted in phases and candidates who qualify the same and fall in the applicable zone of consideration, will then appear for a written test.
The last date for acceptance of applications is November 8, 2016. And application has to be made online. Information is available at the career page of Air India, www.airindia.in.
