The Supreme Court today issued notice to the Rajasthan Government on self-styled godman Asaram Bapu’s bail plea in Jodhpur rape case.
The apex court has directed setting up of a medical board to examine the condition of Asaram who is behind the bars since September 2, last year.
It has directed the medical board to submit its report by September 23 when the matter will come up for further hearing.
