The Supreme Court today refused to entertain the petitions challenging the National Judicial Appointment Commission (NJAC) Bill.
“We are of the view that the petitions are premature and parties can approach the court at later stage,” the apex court said.
The Central government told the Supreme Court that the Bill at present is on “legislative hold” and the court should not entertain any plea challenging it.
