Global beauty brand The Body Shop has once again rationalised prices for the Indian consumer with a 11-21 per cent decrease across categories in skincare and fragrances.
Steadily reducing its prices since the time it entered the country about a decade ago, Body Shop has been trying to make its products more accessible and dropping its super premium image in the country over the years.
In a statement, Sanjali Giri, General Manager, The Body Shop, said: “After achieving tremendous success last year in expanding our customer base via this customer-centric strategy, we have introduced inclusion of skincare and fragrance along with bath and body in our price reduction initiative this year.’’
