Candor Management Services claims that it has placed more than 1,000 blue collar workers and over 100 white collar workers in and around Coimbatore, over the last four years.
The company, a provider of human capital transformation services, commenced operations in January 2012, primarily to improve the employability and related opportunities of blue-collar workers in South India.
“We have since then grown 100 per cent year-on-year in placements volume. We hope to provide employment to more than 2,000 blue-collar workers in 2 years,” said Thirumurugan Subramanian, Managing Director of Candor.
The company has been witnessing an exponential demand for contract staffing, especially amongst blue, pink and white collar workers in and around Coimbatore.
Stating that factories and business establishments in the region are experiencing a boom, Subramanian said “Candor has been successful in bridging the gap between employers and employees expectations.”
“We strive to provide employment opportunities to those physically, academically and financially challenged cross-sections,” he added.
