The Bengaluru bench of the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) on Tuesday adjourned to April 13 the hearing on the consortium of banks’ plea on recovery of loans borrowed by Kingfisher Airlines Limited (KAL).
When the plea came up for hearing, the counsel representing KAL and Mallya told the bench that the issue “is coming up for hearing before the Supreme Court (SC) on April 7. An offer has been made by Mallya. We are discussing…”
NV Srinivasan, Senior counsel for IDBI, told reporters that “all the defendants have filed objections to orders passed by DRT earlier and the hearing is adjourned…”
