Thirty women have successfully completed the leadership development programme supported by IBM, Indian Institute of Management-Bangalore (IIM-B) and Catalyst India WRC.
Under the 10-month programme styled Tanmatra, the high-potential women drawn from IT, banking, pharma, and manufacturing industries from across the country were offered training.
