An education loan campaign will be held at the Collectorate here on October 13 for students pursuing courses in professional and technical disciplines. This was announced at the District Level Review Committee meeting of bankers at the Madurai Collectorate recently.
The district administration will host the campaign and all the banks are expected to take part in the campaign.
Students who have already joined the courses are eligible to avail educational loans and the banks would reimburse the first-year fees, it was informed at the meeting.
