The Manipal-based T.A. Pai Institute of Management (TAPMI) conducted an induction programme for its 2012-14 batch students at Manipal recently.
Mr Gautham Pai, managing director of Manipal Technologies Ltd, who inaugurated the programme, said that future managers should dream big and work with passion and excellence to go beyond their dreams.
Dr R.C. Natarajan, director of TAPMI, stressed on the sacrifices that today’s students have to make to pursue their management career.
Dr H.S. Ballal, Pro-Chancellor of Manipal University and Governing Council member of TAPMI, who presided over the programme, said that that there are no shortcuts to success other than hard work.
