XLRI is set to launch a National Talent Management Survey to highlight current human resource practices aimed at retaining and fostering talented workforce.
The Management Survey has been undertaken by Sapphire, the flagship HR committee of XLRI, in coordination with the institute’s alumni, said a press statement issued by XLRI.
The XLRI National Talent Management Survey would be launched during the 6{+t}{+h} National HR Conference to be held between January 19 and 20.
The theme for this year’s conference, ‘Emerging Trends in Talent Management,’ will focus on the most immediate challenges faced by organizations including training, development, retention and succession of the talent pool, the release said.
The survey will have inputs and insights from over a 100 corporates nationwide, thereby making it quite comprehensive.
According to Fr E. Abraham, director of XLRI, the constant changes in the corporate world make it important to have evolving methodologies and techniques to keep up with the moving times.
