XLRI, Jamshedpur, plans to host the 6th National HR conference in January 2013. The management school has chosen “Emerging Trends in Talent Management” as the theme for the two-day conference to be held on January 19-20.
The conference would aim to address some of the most potent concerns faced by the industry and would discuss several aspects of people management providing a holistic view of the realm of human resource management with issues ranging from ‘employee development during turbulent times’ to ‘employer branding through various platforms’, said a press statement issued by XLRI.
Conceptualised and organised by SAPPHIRE – the flagship HR committee at XLRI, the conference would feature industry leaders like S V Nathan, director – talent, Deloitte Consulting India, N S Rajan, partner and global leader - People and Organization, Ernst and Young and Abhijit Bhaduri, chief learning officer of Wipro Group.
