The Company Secretaries’ Institute has a new President in Atul Hasmukh Rai Mehta.
Mehta, a practising company secretary, was elected as President by the new central council of the institute at its meeting here on Monday.
The newly formed 12th Central Council also elected Mamta Binani, a practising company secretary, as Vice-President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for 2015.
