Candidates opting to pursue an undergraduate degree programme in the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University here can now apply online. The last date for submission of completed applications is June 7.
University sources said 38,771 candidates have registered so far for online filing of applications. However, only 23,121 candidates have completed filling of applications.
The farm varsity has introduced the online application procedure from this academic year.
Interested candidates can log on to the TNAU Web site http://tnau.ac.in/admission.html, register, fill and submit the application online.
They can then take a printout of the filled form and send it with all the relevant enclosures to the Dean (Agriculture) and Chairman, Admissions.
The University has also made arrangements for candidates seeking assistance for filling the online application.
