The Madras High Court has directed a provisional liquidator — appointed by it — to take possession of all assets of Everonn Education Ltd, an education services provider.
This follows a winding up petition filed against Everonn by Hewlett-Packard Financial Services (India) Pvt Ltd in the court. The court also directed the directors to file the statement of affairs of the company as mandated under Section 454 of the Companies Act, said a communication issued to the BSE.
