People are warm and approachable – very friendly organisation

Managers unclear on their expectations and deliverables from us

Slow decision-making; buck keeps being passed; bureaucratic approach

Even HR is not clear about our schedules and programme

Not enough infrastructure; not sure where we have to sit / store our stuff

Not able to demonstrate what we have learnt in one month
