The IIIT-Hyderabad Foundation has called for applications from start-ups working in the deep-tech space for a six-month-long incubator programme, Seeding@Launchpad.
“The start-ups will get to work on location at the International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT-H) campus at Gachibowli. They can collaborate with research centres that are engaged in machine-learning, robotics, data science and artificial intelligence to work on their idea.
“Besides, they will get Cloud credits from Amazon, Google and Microsoft,” a statement from the foundation said.
“IIIT-H Foundation’s faculty, research scholars, institutional partners and domain experts will offer their guidance and domain expertise to deep-tech start-ups over the six months,” it said.
The foundation will also support them with seed funding of up to ₹5-10 lakh.
The start-ups will also get a chance to pitch to IIIT-Hyderabad’s seed fund for up to ₹25 lakh.
