The Manipal-based T.A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) conducted a two-day management conclave titled ‘M-BRACE’ recently.
A press release said here that it was an initiative to enhance effectiveness of potential business leaders. Participating in a panel discussion, Vishnu Iruvanti, Head Recruitment, Myntra, said that a successful leader must always try to create an ambience of openness, transparency, sharing and empowerment.
The release said that the chief guest of the inaugural event, Sreekanth, vice-president, HR, Britannia, gave examples of how people can learn to be good leaders.
