Our case on Falcon Motors addressed an important talent management-related issue faced by various mid-sized companies which are going through a transition from being traditionally-run to contemporary and process-driven. Some of the top business schools which participated in the Falcon Case Study Challenge include IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, Indore, Ranchi, ISB, BIM Trichy, Chennai's Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), Great Lakes and TAPMI.
With around 30 thought-provoking entries from different business schools, the winner for the Falcon case is a team from IIM Bangalore. As a practice, we are publishing the top four analyses also, apart from the winners' analysis on our Case Study page.
We are also sharing with you a compilation of other ingenious ideas proposed by different teams in their analyses of the case. Read the compilation to find out what most B-schoolers have to say about Falcon's talent management woes.
