ConsenSys India will launch a training programme here in June in blockchain technology, which the State Government is promoting aggressively.
According to ConsenSys’ Kavita Gupta, the programme will be held over five weekends, beginning on June 9, with an introduction to the technology and deep dive into the Ethereum, the blockchain platform. On the sixth weekend, a two-day hackathon would be organised and participants would be divided into teams to work on projects based on their learning. The participants would be given certificates and they would get an opportunity to join the company's India team.
Applications would be accepted from April 16. Experts from the fields of data science, computer sciences, engineering, software programming, and students as well can apply [More details are available on the company’s website ].
Gupta said the company had signed a memorandum of understanding with the Andhra Pradesh Government to spread awareness about the blockchain technology and promote its applications in different fields.
