A new Formula car design has landed a job with auto major Honda for two students of VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology (VNR VJIET) here.

A team of final-year engineering students from the mechanical and electrical department of the institute had designed the Formula car.

Two members of the team, Surya Phanikrishna and K. Prashant Reddy, have been offered jobs, according to a release.

The other members of the team were Mukul, Dharanidhar, Vinay, Vijay and Ashok.
