Dilbur Hussain, a 43-year-old contractual worker at IOC’s Haldia refinery, succumbed to his injuries this morning at a private hospital in Kolkata.
Hussain, along with three others, were critically injured in the fire that broke out at the refinery on Friday (September 28). All four of them were taken to the Desun Hospital.
The other three are still admitted in the hospital.
