Around 500 movie-goers were rescued in the city after fire broke out at Inorbit Mall at Vimannagar Chowk on Nagar Road in Pune.

According to officials, the blaze occurred last night. However, there were no causalities.

Seven fire tenders were pressed into service to douse the flames. The cause of the fire is still unknown, a fire officer said.
