IIM-Sambalpur is set to commence classes for its first batch today. Renault will announce prices of its recently launched hatchback, the Kwid. The model, which resembles a mini-SUV, was first showcased as a concept at last year’s auto expo. It will be available in four trims.

The Shangri-La Hotel in Bengaluru will begin operations today. Its reservation lines have been opened for guestroom and event enquiries. Managed by Shangri-La, the hotel is offering a special introductory rate from ₹9,500 per room per night that includes a ₹3,000 credit, which can be applied to any service in the hotel.
