State-run Kendriya Bhandar will start selling imported tur dal at a 100 locations in the capital from today, while sale of the commodity at Mother Dairy’s 300 Safal outlets will begin from this weekend. State-owned MMTC has floated a fresh tender for import of 2,000 tonnes of tur dal, to be delivered by next month, to improve the supply of pulses in the country.

A special 2G court will pronounce its order on framing of charges in the 2002 additional spectrum allocation case in which former Telecom Secretary Shyamal Ghosh and three telecom firms are accused today. Ghosh, Hutchison Max , Sterling Cellular Ltd and Bharti Cellular had been charge sheeted by the CBI.
